We only provide tracking and guaranteed shipping for these carrier options: DHL, UPS, and USPS Express. USPS Priority and First Class do not offer reliable tracking and we do not guarantee delivery for orders that select these carrier options. No. We are required to list the exact price of your order on all international documents. Additionally, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Ants on a Melon cannot predict your country’s customs charges or fees.
Please see the delivery time estimates listed on the checkout page. All delivery times are approximate and do not include the amount of time required to clear customs. It is not uncommon for packages to be delayed multiple weeks within customs. If your package is delayed, we ask that you remain patient- There is nothing we can do to expedite this process.
(Domestic) We accept returns for full refunds if the return is received within 30 days of receipt of your original order.
(International) We accept returns for full refunds if the return is received within 30 days of initial shipment of your order.
We do not offer refunds for products that show any sign of use or wear, this includes any product returned within the 30 day return window listed on our Return Policy. Any fiber optic cable products that are returned with dirt, hair, or scent present will be returned to the customer.

Yes, the RGB Critter was designed to withstand shocks and vibrations related to sparring with your Sol Saber Accessories.
No, the RGB Critter was not designed to be used in this way. The RGB Critter should be held at all times. If the product is used as a Rope Dart, it may break. Use of the product in this manner will void all warranties.
The RGB Critter was designed to be used with the specific 18650 battery included with each flashlight purchase. Use of any other brand or style of battery will void the warranty.
Disassembling or modifying the RGB Critter in any form will void all warranties.
