3. UPS Mail Innovations (Budget International Shipping)

• Orders typically ship within 3–7 days

Packages are first sent in bulk to a UPS Mail Innovations facility in Los Angeles. Tracking may not update until the package is rerouted to your destination country, which can take up to 14 days after the order is placed.

Once the package enters your home country, tracking updates may be limited.

Although this service is provided by UPS, it operates differently from UPS Express.

This option generally results in lower carrier import fees, though your country may still charge duties and taxes upon arrival.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees — Important Distinctions

1. Delivery times do not include the time required for customs clearance.

2. We cannot lower product values on customs documents.

3. Carrier import fees: These are processing/handling fees charged by some shipping carriers.

4. Government duties & taxes (VAT): These are set by your country and are separate from shipping costs.

5. UPS Mail Innovations typically has lower carrier fees, but you may still be required to pay VAT, duties, or other customs charges depending on your country’s regulations.

6. All duties, taxes, and applicable fees are due at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
