Packages are first sent in bulk to a UPS Mail Innovations facility in Los Angeles. Tracking may not update until the package is rerouted to your destination country, which can take up to 14 days after the order is placed.
Once the package enters your home country, tracking updates may be limited.
Although this service is provided by UPS, it operates differently from UPS Express.
This option generally results in lower carrier import fees, though your country may still charge duties and taxes upon arrival.
You can track your package using the link below (this often provides more detailed updates than UPS alone):

Note:
We do not offer this shipping option for orders over $500 USD.
Free shipping is not available to the following regions:
Africa, Mexico, Singapore, Philippines, South America, Taiwan, China
Shipping Upgrades for UPS Mail Innovations
In certain cases, we may require you to upgrade to UPS Express or DHL if:
-
You live in a region with unreliable local mail services
-
Your order value is high for your location
If an upgrade is needed, we’ll contact you before shipping. Our priority is the safe and timely delivery of your order.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees — Important Distinctions
-
Delivery times do not include the time required for customs clearance.
-
We cannot lower product values on customs documents.
-
Carrier import fees: These are processing/handling fees charged by some shipping carriers.
-
Government duties & taxes (VAT): These are set by your country and are separate from shipping costs.
-
UPS Mail Innovations typically has lower carrier fees, but you may still be required to pay VAT, duties, or other customs charges depending on your country’s regulations.
-
All duties, taxes, and applicable fees are due at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
