The RGB Critter BT is a color-changing flashlight designed for light painting, flow arts, and futuristic fashion. Its user-friendly design includes a threaded lens for over 200 different twist-on accessory options. Control it with the three on-board buttons or the Ants on a Melon app (iOS & Android) to easily adjust colors and effects.

All RGB Critter Accessories are compatible with all versions of the RBG Critter, including the RGB Critter BT.

The RGB Critter BT includes a 2-year warranty that covers:

• Electronic failures
  
• Defects in materials or workmanship
  
• Issues caused by normal flow use, including drops within reasonable use
  

What is not covered for the RGB Critter BT:

• Physical damage to any part of the light, including dents, crushed housings, bent components, or other impact-related structural damage
  
• Damage caused by water, dust, or environmental exposure
  
• Loss or theft
  

A Lifetime Warranty upgrade is available at checkout.

All non-electronic accessory products include a Lifetime Warranty. This covers:

• Breakage during normal use
  
• Saber accessories that fail during normal use
  
• BitWhip accessories if the fiber optic bundles come loose from the housing
  

What is not covered for accessories:

• Damage to aluminum adapters (bent, crushed, stripped, or otherwise physically damaged)
  
• Broken individual fiber optic strands on BitWhip or other fiber optic products, since fiber breaks are considered normal wear over time
  
• Damage caused by water, dust, or environmental exposure
  
• Loss or theft

While our products are designed for real-world flow, the warranty does not cover the following:

Physical damage to the RGB Critter BT

• Structural or impact damage such as dents, crushed housings, bent parts, or other harm caused by force
  
• Damage from being run over, crushed, or subjected to extreme impact
  

Damage to aluminum adapters on accessories

• Bent, crushed, stripped, or otherwise physically damaged aluminum adapters are not covered
  

Broken fiber optic strands

• Individual fibers breaking on BitWhips or other fiber optic products are considered normal wear and are not covered
  

Environmental damage

• Damage caused by water, dust, moisture, or exposure beyond the product’s intended use
  

Loss or theft

• The warranty does not apply if the item is lost or stolen
  

Natural battery aging

• Gradual battery capacity loss over time is expected and not covered
  

If you are unsure whether something is covered, contact us. Even when an issue falls outside the warranty terms, we may still be able to repair or replace the item for a small fee. Our goal is to keep your gear glowing as long as possible.

We offer a simple 30-day return policy for all customers.

US Customers

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• We provide a free return label for all US returns.
  

International Customers

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
