How do I return or exchange an order?

- Return and exchange requests can take up to 1 week to process.
What items are returnable?
Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your order to be eligible for a full refund (not including initial shipping). After 14 days, they are only eligible for store credit. Exchanges must be received within 30 days from receipt to be eligible for a full exchange.
- Items must be in original condition.
- In the original packaging.
- Fiber optic items must be clean and free of hair, dirt, or scent.
Are there any charges for returns?
- We will cover the shipping cost for any domestic return if returned within 14 days of the receipt of the order.
- After 14 days: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- Original shipping charges are only refundable if the item is defective or incorrect.
- You may be responsible for restocking fees if the item is not returned in its original condition.
How soon will I get my refund or exchange?
- After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm its arrival. You'll also be informed of the refund approval or rejection.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.
What if my package is lost?
- You must notify us within 30 days of shipment notification that your package has been lost or misdirected. Any issues beyond 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
