Warranty Policy

We want you to enjoy your Ants on a Melon products for years to come, worry-free. Our warranty is designed to support you if something unexpected happens. If you run into any issues, we’re here to get you back up and glowing as quickly as possible.

We’ve been proudly supporting our customers since 2012, and we stand behind every product we make.


What Our Warranty Covers

  • Defects in materials or workmanship (including electronic components)

  • All accessory products (e.g., BitWhips, connectors, Sabers): Lifetime Warranty

  • RGB Critter BT: 2-year warranty (Lifetime Warranty upgrade available at checkout — registration required)

  • Batteries: 60-day warranty

 

How to Send In a Warranty Claim

  • To begin a warranty claim, you’ll return the item to us.

  • Within the first 60 days, we cover the return postage.

  • After 60 days, customers cover the shipping cost to send the item in, but all qualifying repairs or replacements are free.

 

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Accidental or impact damage (dropping, bending, crushing, etc.)

  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Damage caused by water, dust, or environmental exposure

  • Loss or theft

  • Natural battery capacity loss over time

If your item is damaged in a way not covered under warranty, contact us — repair options may still be available for a small fee. Our goal is to keep your gear working for as long as possible.
