International Returns
For international orders, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days, but we’re not able to offer free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return postage on international shipments.
Holiday Extended Return Window
Orders placed November 1–December 31 qualify for returns through January 31. Shop early and gift with confidence.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We fully guarantee delivery on all domestic shipments.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 30 days of shipment.
