I. This Limited Warranty Covers

1. Electronic defects in the manufacturing process.

2. Defective workmanship.

3. Defective assembly.

4. Batteries for 60 days after purchase.

5. Damages incurred during shipping.

II. This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

1. Any intentional or unintentional physical damage caused by the user, including damage from impact.

2. Regular wear and tear.

3. Damage from water or dust.

4. Theft or loss.

5. Battery capacity loss due to natural usage and aging.

III. Time Period

  • RGB Critter 1.0 and RGB Critter 2.0: This Limited Warranty only lasts as long as the original purchaser continues to own the product.
  • RGB Critter BT: 1-year limited warranty included.

IV. Validity

1. Defective products, will be repaired or replaced at Ants on a Melon Inc.'s discretion.

2. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Prizes or refurbished products are not covered under warranty.

4. Due to international laws, and customs; additional fees may apply for international warranty claims or repairs.

V. Claim Process

1. If you are experiencing manufacturers defects in electronics, please contact us at support@antsonamelon.com to file your claim.

2. Do not disassemble, take apart, or attempt to repair.

3. Once your claim is confirmed, we will supply you with a RMA form that you will need out before you can send us your return.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. To ensure safe delivery of your return, please protect the product with bubble wrap or similar.

5. Please be sure to add tracking information to your return postage. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products that are shipped to us.

6. All cases will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the entire warranty process, including review, warranty approval, labor, and processing.

VI. Disclaimers

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may have other right provided by your state's law.

 

VII. Customer Obligations

If you would like to transfer the warranty to another person, this must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. To transfer your warranty, please contact us at support@antsonamelon.com. In the event of a Warranty Claim, we will use your order receipt and email address to verify your order information.

 

VIII. Restrictions

1. The warranty will be voided if the RGB Critter is tampered with, improperly disassembled, or modified in any way.

2. Improper battery installation is also not covered under warranty. The use of a non- Ants on a Melon, Inc. brand battery, or improper Ants on a Melon, Inc. brand battery will void warranty coverage.

3. Improper battery charging is also not covered under warranty. The use of any battery charger other than the built-in micro-USB charging port on the RGB Critter will void warranty coverage.

4. The warranty doesn't apply if the product was damaged by a natural disaster or other catastrophe such as flood or fire.

Bitmap Warranty

The following warranty information applies to all other Ants on a Melon, Inc. accessory items, including: Orbit BitWhip, Sol Saber, Fyber Kit, Jupiter Rope, Light Painting Blades, and Acrylic Writers.

Ants on a Melon, Inc. has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects under this Limited Warranty Policy. There is no warranty for products that are viewed as trades, gifts, or prizes.

5. This warranty does not cover any damage to fiber optics; including, but not limited to, bent fibers, broken fibers, cracked fibers, inconsistent fiber length, fiber curl, or other types of broken fiber.

III. Time Period

RGB Critter 1.0: This Limited Lifetime Warranty only lasts as long as the original purchaser continues to own the product.

RGB Critter 2.0: This Limited Lifetime Warranty only lasts as long as the original purchaser continues to own the product.

RGB Critter BT: This Limited Warranty lasts 1-year from the original purchase date. Optional 3-Year Limited Warranty add-on options available on the product pages.
