Illuminator

I'm currently trying to use the light, but my password and user has disappeared from the login, now when I put in my login it says the email is invalid. It's not.
This shouldn't be so hard to use when you are ready to use it.
When this gets fixed, the rating will go up because the device is made nicely, other than the way you have to charge the battery with a dedicated cord.

Heard from support promptly. They were a help. I still think the battery charging could be improved....perhaps by an exterior port like a lot of flashlights have.

Glad you offer this tool, haven’t had a chance to try yet. On my other light painting tools I use a snoot.. I saw this accessory and looking forward to try it…
