We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer free, no-questions-asked returns for 30 days after you receive your package. Free return labels apply to domestic US orders only.
International Returns
For international orders, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days, but we’re not able to offer free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return postage on international shipments.
Holiday Extended Return Window
Orders placed November 1 through December 31 qualify for returns through January 31. Shop early and gift with confidence.
How It Works
Contact us at support@antsonamelon.com to start your return. We’ll provide return instructions and next steps. Once your item arrives back with us, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

Trade-In Policy
We’re happy to offer trade-in options on select products for customers looking to upgrade.
Trade-in requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a trade-in, your item must be in like-new condition with no signs of use, wear, modification, or damage. All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included and in like-new condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with trade-ins, including shipping the item to us and return shipping for the upgraded or replacement product.
All trade-ins are subject to inspection and approval at our discretion.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility and process your trade-in within 3 to 5 business days. Approved trade-ins will be applied as credit toward your upgraded purchase. If the item does not meet the required condition, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We fully guarantee delivery on all domestic shipments. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 30 days of the shipment date.
EU & EEA Customers: Your Right of Withdrawal
If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason or no reason at all. This is on top of our standard 30-day return policy, so you can always use whichever gives you more time.
How to cancel. You can cancel using the withdrawal button on your account or order page, by completing the model withdrawal form below, or by emailing us at support@antsonamelon.com with a clear statement that you want to cancel. We will email you a confirmation as soon as we receive your request. The 14-day window starts the day you, or someone you name, receives the last item in your order.
Sending your items back. After you tell us you are cancelling, please return the items within 14 days. For orders shipped outside the US, including the EU and EEA, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Items should come back in the condition you received them. You are only responsible for any drop in their value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check how they look and work.
Your refund. We will refund everything you paid, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of being told you are cancelling. We may wait to refund you until we have received the items back, or until you show proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Some exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to a few types of goods, such as custom-made or personalized items, or sealed products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
