We guarantee the delivery of all orders, domestic and international. If a package is lost, damaged or stolen, tell us within 30 days of the ship date and we will replace it at no cost.
If your order arrives but something inside it is missing or wrong, email support@antsonamelon.com with two photos: everything that arrived, laid out so we can see the whole order at once, and the packing slip that shipped inside the box. The slip lists exactly what was picked and packed for you, so the two together let us spot the gap quickly and send the missing pieces at no cost to you.
All orders over $99 ship free within the United States.
Most orders ship the next business day. Unless otherwise noted, every order ships within 2 business days.
Domestic (United States)
- Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 1–4 day delivery. Free on orders over $99, and $6.95 below that.
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 day delivery
- UPS 2nd Day Air: guaranteed delivery on the second business day
- FedEx Overnight services: your order ships the following business day and is delivered the business day after that. An order placed on Monday ships Tuesday and arrives Wednesday; an order placed Friday or at the weekend ships Monday and arrives Tuesday.
International Shipping
Canada and the United Kingdom $22.95, rising to $29.95 on heavier orders. Europe $29.95, rising to $34.95 on heavier orders. One flat rate, set by the weight of your order and shown before you pay. Fully tracked door to door, typically 5–12 business days.
Everywhere else, pick the option that fits your timeline at checkout. Not every service reaches every country, so what you see at checkout is what runs to your address.
USPS First-Class Package International (economy, not available to every country): 1–4 weeks estimated, with limited tracking once the package leaves the US.
UPS Worldwide Expedited (express): 3–5 business day transit, fully tracked.
DHL Express Worldwide (express): 2–5 business day transit, fully tracked.

Delivery times do not include customs clearance, which varies by country. Any VAT, duties, or customs fees are set by your country and are separate from shipping. Thresholds vary, and many countries charge nothing on smaller orders. Where charges do apply they are payable on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.
United Kingdom: the UK applies its £135 threshold to the value of the goods alone. Postage is not counted toward it. Orders with a product value of £135 or less are not charged customs duty, import VAT at the border, or a carrier handling fee, so they normally arrive with nothing further to pay. Above £135, UK VAT is worked out on the goods plus postage, and duty and a carrier handling fee may apply as well.
