Charge-only USB cable for the RGB Critter Flashlight.

Pick the connector that matches your light: USB-C for the RGB Critter BT, Micro-USB for the RGB Critter 1.0 and 2.0. It needs a standard 5V USB-A power source, as USB-C Power Delivery is not supported. Some USB wall adapters and USB-C PD chargers may not supply power to devices that do not support PD.

For best results and to avoid charging issues, we recommend using the included cable or an equivalent USB-A to USB cable that properly fits the charging port. Cables with oversized connector housings or incompatible charging standards may prevent charging or cause damage if forced.

RETURNS

Free US returns. Your item just needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@antsonamelon.com and we will send a prepaid label with simple instructions. Once your label is issued, please ship the item back within 14 days.

International returns are accepted on the same 30-day basis, but return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must come back unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with all accessories. Try it out and make sure it is what you wanted — what we cannot take back is gear that has been flowed with, dropped, scuffed or modified, because we cannot sell it to the next person.

The one exception on eligibility is a custom order — anything made to your own specification, such as a saber cut to a length we do not stock — because those are built for one person and cannot be resold.

If something breaks in use, that is a warranty claim rather than a return, and there is no 30-day limit on it. Email us and we will repair or replace it.

We will ask what went wrong. Not to talk you out of it, but because we can often fix the problem faster than a return can.
