Developed with Flow Artists and Light Painters in mind, the Ants on a Melon App offers a Universal Settings page with adjustable options like autoplay, strobe, brightness, and more!

 

BT Stands For Bluetooth

There is no need for cell service or Wi-Fi when using the RGB Critter BT.

Wirelessly control your RGB Critter BT with the Ants on a Melon App using Bluetooth!

Connect up to 10 devices within a 20-meter (66-ft) range and enjoy uninterrupted control without needing Wi-Fi or cell service. Always keep your phone and the RGB Critter BT within sight of each other, as the Bluetooth signal may have difficulty passing through large objects.

 

Pixel Light Material

The Pixel Light Material option includes a reflective material that runs lengthwise within the Modular Flow Saber. This material reflects light towards your camera, increasing the overall brightness of your exposure. The Pixel Light Material will prevent light from emitting from half of the Modular Flow Saber.

 

 

Product Notice

Multiple connected RGB Critter BTs may not perfectly match color-changing modes, but solid colors will always match. We expect a resolution for this issue in early 2025. Once we release firmware that includes a fix for this issue, you can update your RGB Critter BT using the app.

OMG such a creative, flow prop with app

I am so happy I went with AOAM lightwhip. The app was easy to use and the instructional videos are very helpful! I am so happy with this flow prop & the customer service! The absolute best and brightest color light for light painting

I have the earlier version of the Critter, which I still love, but the Critter BT is such a wonderful improvement, in that it is so easy to customize colors, color patterns, strobe speed, brightness, and input different options (like turning off the lighted buttons for light painting). It allows you to be creative in a whole new way. I do have an iPhone, and the connection has worked well; I look forward to any tweaks in the interface going forward. In these images, it was connected to one of the Lumi Sabers, but it is also great to connect to tubes and other tools with different connectors. The charging is even easier now as well. Highly recommended to all light painters!!!

This is the best whip I’ve ever used

I started with a glofx space whip, then upgraded to a fiberflies pixelwhip rev 4, I decided this year to treat myself to an ants on a melon whip! The light mode programming app is amazing and is so fun to play around with 😊 I have a 300 head fiber and it’s a little heavy but still flexible and so durable. I love the quality of the handle, it looks and feels so pro! I’m so glad you guys didn’t rush the product, you really made something that stands out against everything else on the market here 🫶
