RGB Critter BT Improved Features

In the two years since our RGB Critter Flashlight launched, we have made numerous improvements that are incorporated into our latest BT model, including: 

NEW ANTS ON A MELON APP

• The Ants on a Melon app allows for effortless management of up to 10 RGB Critter BTs within a 20-meter range. Users can create playlists, activate different modes, and more through our user-friendly app interface.
• Compatible with iPhones and iPads with iOS 17 or newer versions, our new Ants on a Melon App can be downloaded on the Apple App Store (click here to download). 
• Available in July, the Ants on a Melon App beta version for Android will be launched through the Google Play Store for Android devices with 14.0 OS or higher.

NEW USB-C CHARGING PORT

• The RGB Critter BT features internal USB-C recharging capabilities. 

NEW NO SLIP GRIP patent pending

• The new silicone Shell on the BT is equally soft and grippy, with added features on the aluminum housing and shell that prevent sliding. This creates a seamless attachment between the silicone Shell and aluminum housing, giving a permanent feel. 

NEW MODULAR CAP patent pending

• The Modular Cap is designed to protect your RGB Critter BT from damage. Its durable silicone material greatly reduces the impact of accidental drops, preventing damage to the aluminum housing. 

NEW RGB BUTTONS

• The button LEDs have been upgraded to RGB technology, providing a vibrant display of colors when the RGB Critter BT is turned on. Additionally, the button LEDs can be turned off within the Universal Settings section of the app.

Please note: The physical buttons on the RGB Critter BT DO NOT have any control over changing or editing modes in the app.

Multiple Connected Devices Issue Notice

The Ants on a Melon App enables users to simultaneously connect up to 10 RGB Critter BT Flashlights. However, it is important to note that there is a known issue with color-changing modes when multiple Critter BTs are connected to the app. The colors may not always match perfectly on the connected flashlights. This issue only applies to color-changing modes, as solid colors will always match on any number of connected RGB Critter BTs. A resolution for this known issue is expected by the end of 2024. Once the issue is resolved, you will be able to update your RGB Critter BT using the app.
