The modular sol savers have been a great addition to my light painting kit. Lightweight and very well thought out and made. I can’t wait to get a couple more sizes!

This sol saber is very nice quality! It's sturdy and well made! I got this image my first night out. I am in love with AOAM tools and the critter, wow oh wow, thank you for improving my light painting with your light and tools!

I've had the 47" Sol saber for a few weeks now, and have loved it so far!
The material is pretty resilent, and can take a bit of knocking around, which is great for waving something so long around in the dark.
There's some light fall off due to the length, but that is to be expected.

I have recently received a number of Ants on a Melon Modular system tools. Being an earlyish adopter of the system, not Kickstarter but soon after, I have always been impressed with the quality of the tools. These are no different. The build quality of the adapters is excellent as is the quality of the sabres that I have received. The ability to combine different textures is amazing. Really looking forward to trying the multiple combinations that are now possible, sabres and blades together. The shortened tools, i.e. 8 inch length also makes it easier to use the tools in smaller spaces. Great from my point of view as I will be able to try things in my small garage studio space in the summer months without hitting the roof. Delivery to the UK was quick. All here within 7 days of ordering. Honestly not much difference between UPS and DHL in terms of delivery time, as I have used both options. Both offer really good tracking. If you are looking at these and thinking will I try these? I would say if you have a Critter 2 and you are a light painter expand your toy box with the modular options. If you are new to light painting and looking a the Critter 2 the modular option give you great entry into lots of toys.

I now have collected a variety of AOM accessories for my light painting photography, and have shared with others in local clubs and these things are a huge hit with all involved. I will be using the new longer Sol Sablers for a light painting workshop with a local photography club this Friday and we have a lot of eager members that want to see, touch and use the RGB Critter and tools. .

I'm new to light painting and purchased the sol saber as my first light painting tool. I have to say I love the fluid movement of the saber and the versatility to make so many different shapes depending on how you move it. I look forward to using it more along with other light painting tools from ants on a melon!

I made my first light tubes with material from the hardware store. That was just the start. Than I saw a YouTube video and I was so impressed with the light shapers.

Hoping that mine was an anomaly, but the film inside is not smooth and creates a pattern on some of this that is not supposed to be there and is not working for the cosplay. I will be returning this.

I haven’t had a chance yet to use, but I have to say I enjoy the setup… I have many light painting tools…and being able to attach different accessories together is going to a blast for sure
Just trying to get the app down, as to understand and be familiar..

Great devise, but I need to be able to switch between tools quickly, or have several of the Critters lying around, which could get rather pricey.

I am excited to add the Crotter BT to my light painting arsenal! Buying the sol saber package helped realize a cost savings which is always appreciated.

Unfortunately, until the app is available for android devices, I am unable to use the BT and it sits dormant, gathering dust! I have Critters they are awesome, and I hope the BT's are equally good..... time will tell.

The Sol Saber has a lot of light painting possibilities. The light patterns of the Critter will take a while to memorize ( some favorites at least ), but that's part of the fun. So far, I'm loving it.

I really like the Modular Sol Saber. The end of it can be removed to add more accessories. It's perfect for light painting!

I got the 60cm Modular Sol Saber and is very nice and bright combined with the RGB Critter 2.0, also can be attached with another sabers, adapters and tools, highly reccomended

It was delivered to the wrong address contact customer service with no response. Then realize it’s a paper weight and can’t be used without an additional part. : /

i already have a light painting kit and wanted to add another critter and stacking kit to that. just be aware that there's different kits in the shop and the one i bought didnt have a critter. i didn't even realise until it arrived here. all my fault but a bit of a bummer when shipping to australia is a bit expensive. just make sure youre aware like dumb me wasnt haha
