The Battery Door is the replacement door for the battery compartment on the RGB Critter Flashlight. If yours cracked in a drop or wandered off during a battery swap, this is the part that makes the light whole again.

It secures the replaceable 2500mAh 18650 battery in the body of the flashlight.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including electronics.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Twist-on accessories are covered for life.
  • The RGB Critter BT (light source) has a 2-Year Warranty (Lifetime Warranty upgrade available on the checkout page of the website).
  • Batteries are covered for 60 days.

RETURNS

Free US returns. Your item just needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@antsonamelon.com and we will send a prepaid label with simple instructions. Once your label is issued, please ship the item back within 14 days.

International returns are accepted on the same 30-day basis, but return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must come back unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with all accessories. Try it out and make sure it is what you wanted — what we cannot take back is gear that has been flowed with, dropped, scuffed or modified, because we cannot sell it to the next person.

The one exception on eligibility is a custom order — anything made to your own specification, such as a saber cut to a length we do not stock — because those are built for one person and cannot be resold.

If something breaks in use, that is a warranty claim rather than a return, and there is no 30-day limit on it. Email us and we will repair or replace it.

We will ask what went wrong. Not to talk you out of it, but because we can often fix the problem faster than a return can.

respectfully request a better way to hold the whips batter door closed without one small piece of plastic tab holding it together. If that screw in tab that slides/slips in by the battery door breaks off which it did 3 times, it wont properly close and it wont work. is there any way the batter door can be made of metal and rubber in steady of flimies piece of plastic. it’s just bad manufacturing.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We definitely understand how frustrating that experience must have been.

In most cases, the battery door tab breaks when the end cap is not fully installed. When the end cap is completely seated and tightened, it properly supports the battery door internally inside the RGB Critter BT. If the cap is even slightly loose, it can put extra stress on that tab.

We also now offer an upgraded end cap called the Modular Cap. It features a silicone rubber back that makes installation and removal easier, and it also adds protection from drops. You can check it out here:
