How we can use itThe details

We can cut, crop, resize, caption, add music and combine your footage with other clips.
It's worldwide, has no end date, and covers new uses we haven't thought of yet.
It isn't exclusive. It's still yours, and you can keep posting it anywhere you like.
We credit you where the format allows it. Some ad formats don't have room, and that's fine.
If a platform needs your approval, like TikTok Spark Ads or an Instagram partnership ad, you say yes when we ask.

What you're telling usFour things

You made it, or you have the right to give it to us.
Anyone else in the footage is happy for it to run in advertising.
If you're under 18, a parent or guardian is happy with this too.
Your raw files have no copyrighted music in them.

How you agree

When you send us footage, or reply "sounds good" to a brief, you're agreeing to this page. Your brief covers what you make and what you're thanked with.
