The RGB Critter BT is a color-changing flashlight designed for light painting, flow arts, and futuristic fashion. Its user-friendly design includes a threaded lens for over 200 different twist-on accessory options. Control it with the three on-board buttons or the Ants on a Melon app (iOS & Android) to easily adjust colors and effects.

All RGB Critter Accessories are compatible with all versions of the RBG Critter, including the RGB Critter BT.

The RGB Critter BT includes a 2-year warranty that covers:

• Electronic failures
  
• Defects in materials or workmanship
  
• Issues caused by normal flow use, including drops within reasonable use
  

What is not covered for the RGB Critter BT:

• Physical damage to any part of the light, including dents, crushed housings, bent components, or other impact-related structural damage
  
• Damage caused by water, dust, or environmental exposure
  
• Loss or theft
  

A Lifetime Warranty upgrade is available in the cart.

All non-electronic accessory products include a Lifetime Warranty. This covers:

• Breakage during normal use
  
• Saber accessories that fail during normal use
  
• BitWhip accessories if the fiber optic bundles come loose from the housing
  

What is not covered for accessories:

• Damage to aluminum adapters (bent, crushed, stripped, or otherwise physically damaged)
  
• Broken individual fiber optic strands on BitWhip or other fiber optic products, since fiber breaks are considered normal wear over time
  
• Damage caused by water, dust, or environmental exposure
  
• Loss or theft

While our products are designed for real-world flow, the warranty does not cover the following:

Physical damage to the RGB Critter BT

• Structural or impact damage such as dents, crushed housings, bent parts, or other harm caused by force
  
• Damage from being run over, crushed, or subjected to extreme impact
  

Damage to aluminum adapters on accessories

• Bent, crushed, stripped, or otherwise physically damaged aluminum adapters are not covered
  

Broken fiber optic strands

• Individual fibers breaking on BitWhips or other fiber optic products are considered normal wear and are not covered
  

Environmental damage

• Damage caused by water, dust, moisture, or exposure beyond the product’s intended use
  

Loss or theft

• The warranty does not apply if the item is lost or stolen
  

Natural battery aging

• Gradual battery capacity loss over time is expected and not covered
  

If you are unsure whether something is covered, contact us. Even when an issue falls outside the warranty terms, we may still be able to repair or replace the item for a small fee. Our goal is to keep your gear glowing as long as possible.

We offer a simple 30-day return policy for all customers. Your item just needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery.

US Customers

• We provide a free return label for all US returns.
• Once your label is issued, please ship the item back within 14 days.

International Customers

• Returns are accepted on the same 30-day basis, but you are responsible for return postage.

Returns must come back unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with all accessories. Try it out and make sure it is what you wanted. What we cannot take back is gear that has been flowed with, dropped, scuffed or modified, because we cannot sell it to the next person.

The one exception on eligibility is a custom order: anything made to your own specification, such as a saber cut to a length we do not stock, because those are built for one person and cannot be resold.

If something breaks in use, that is a warranty claim rather than a return, and there is no 30-day limit on it. Email us and we will repair or replace it.

We will ask what went wrong. Not to talk you out of it, but because we can often fix the problem faster than a return can.

EU and EEA customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and may use whichever window gives them more time.

Email support@antsonamelon.com with two photos: everything that arrived, laid out so we can see the whole order at once, and the packing slip that shipped inside the box.

The slip lists exactly what was picked and packed for you, so the two photos together let us spot the gap fast and send the missing pieces at no cost to you. If the slip did not make it into your box, just say so and we will work from your order number instead.
