Content forms

Two short forms for sharing your class with us. You agree to the license once. Everyone who can be recognized in a photo or video signs the release, with a parent signing for anyone under 18.

Workshop Content License

This license covers photos, videos and other material you send us through the Workshops and Schools program (the "Content"). You keep ownership of everything you make. This form gives us permission to use it.

1. What you let us do

You give AOAM a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and permanent license to use, copy, edit, crop, caption and publish the Content, in whole or in part, on our website and product listings, social media, email, paid ads, and printed or packaging material.

2. Credit

When a format allows it, we credit you and your workshop by name or handle. Some formats, such as short ads and product images, may not have room for credit.

3. What you promise us

You made the Content yourself, or you have the right to license it to us.
Every person who can be recognized in the Content has signed the AOAM Photo and Video Release, and a parent or guardian has signed for anyone under 18. You will send us those signed releases with the Content.
The Content has no music, artwork or other material that belongs to someone else, unless you have permission to license it to us.

4. Store credit

We review everything you send. For each piece we accept, we add store credit at the program rate on the Workshops and Schools page, within 3 working days of acceptance. We only use Content that we accept, and accepting it is up to us.

5. If you change your mind

Email support@antsonamelon.com and we will stop using the Content in anything new. Posts and ads that are already published may stay up.

6. Everything else

You can still post and use your own Content however you like. This license is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

At this workshop, photos and videos may be taken of you and of the light paintings you make. By signing, you agree that AOAM may use them, as explained below.

1. What you agree to

AOAM may use photos, video and audio from this workshop that show you, your voice and your light paintings, on its website and product listings, social media, email, paid ads, and printed or packaging material, anywhere in the world and with no time limit. AOAM may edit, crop and caption them.

3. Payment and approval

You will not be paid for this use, and you do not need to approve the final photos, videos or ads before they are published.
