  • Crushing, extreme bending, fire or heat
  • Water, dust or exposure beyond intended use
  • Loss, theft, and normal battery fade over time
  • The Orb accessory, which is sold without a warranty

Damage the warranty does not cover is not the end of the road.

Send it in and we repair it at cost. You pay for parts and postage, and the labor is free.

We look at your photos and confirm the price before anything is charged.

The fine print

Bought before September 24, 2026?

Accessories bought before this date keep the lifetime warranty they were sold with. Nothing changes for them.

How does the Lifetime Warranty upgrade work?

Add it in the cart and every item in that order is covered for as long as you own it. The price is shown in the cart before checkout, and it is never added for you.

Who pays shipping on a warranty claim?

For the first 60 days after delivery we cover return postage, and international customers get a replacement sent at no cost, shipping included. After 60 days you cover shipping to us, and every qualifying repair or replacement is free. That is a separate, longer clock than the 30-day return window: 30 days to change your mind about something unused, 60 days of covered postage if it is genuinely faulty.

Can I transfer my warranty?

Coverage is tied to the original purchaser. It can move to a new owner within 60 days of the original delivery date if they can show proof of the original purchase. After that it stays with the original purchaser only.

Lost or broke a small part?

Batteries, end caps, battery doors, o-rings, connectors, cables and Allen keys are all sold on their own in our Replacement Parts collection. Batteries ship to US addresses only.
