I am absolutely in love with my new fiber head I really enjoyed being able to customize each fiber length to my likening and the 210 attachment is so good for practicing it’s very easy to flow with always have and always will recommend all my flowy friends to ants on a melon for all their flowing necessities.

WOW!! At first I wasn't sure what to do with the bitwhip, but then I decided to wrap it in a circle and hold it. I got these shots like that, and I think they turned out amazing! This was my first time out, and I really didn't even know what I was doing yet. I think the critter and tools makes it really easy to get superb photos! Love my 7ft. Never going back.

i have always loved the quality of these whips though i have nothing to compare them to. once i learned about the importance of regular washing after outdoor use and the use of silicone lubricant, it only added to my joy in their use. on-body flow is very easy with proper lubrication and no longer feels like a major skill hurdle. I love having a few extra, its worth having a set that you guard with your life and another set that you are willing to hand to a stranger to try out. if you can afford it, the different fiber counts and lengths are definitely worth adding to your kits, each one feels unique,

Was wondering if the critter is capable of cycling colors more quickly? It'd be nice to be able to replicate the persistence of vision effect another lightwhip brand has :) Would love to mess with y'all's app and try to replicate it haha.

Thanks for the great feedback and for the offer to help with the app — we appreciate it!

To answer your question: yes, you can increase the speed of any mode. When the RGB Critter BT is disconnected from the app, just hold the Arrow button to increase the speed of the mode you're currently viewing.

If you're using the app, head to the My Playlists section, tap the three white dots next to any mode, and select 'Edit Mode'. That will take you to the DIY page, where you can adjust the speed from 1–100%.

We don’t allow speeds higher than 100% because at that point, the LEDs would output constant light, which can look washed out and make effects hard to see.

Let us know if you ever want to dive deeper or have ideas to share. We’re always open to suggestions — especially from someone with a software background!

This is my fourth whip head I’ve bought for my critter flashlight and my first sparkle fiber and I absolutely love it. 10/10 😍😍

Thought I was covered via 1 year warranty

Bought 2 RGB CRITTERS. One is fantastic the other one has not reached full charge since I purchased it.
I ONLY USE THE CHARGERS PROVIDED PER INSTRUCTIONS.

I went to request a warranty claim after my brother got out of the hospital and to my surprise my $500 purchase is not covered because I guess I did not register for my warranty in time. That would have been nice to know upon receiving the whips.

I am very disappointed with this product and how much I paid for and the lack of support I get for something that expensive.

I love the whip that works but am extremely frustrated I am unable to use my double whip like I wanted to. Terrible service.

There should be a noticeable in the box inside the shipment stating the 1 year warranty ONLY APPLIES IF YOU REGISTER IN 30 days.

Do I need anything else to use this?

How durable are the fibers?

The fiber optics used for this product (End Glow version) are high-grade 0.75mm end glow fiber optic cables and they are very durable and will withstand all kinds of rugged use.
We have been sourcing fiber optics from the same manufacturer for over 10 years now and our fiber optic products are widely considered the most durable on the market.
Sparkle Fibers show tiny twinkling lights along the length of the end glow fibers. They are more prone to breaking. Please be gentle with Sparkle fibers to avoid unwanted breakage.

What are Sparkle fibers?

What's the difference between the 140, 200, and 300 fiber options?

All fiber heads are superb for Light Whipping! Select higher fiber count heads for off-body whipping, rope dart style & lacing/tracing. The extra weight & thickness provide a superior fiber grip and movements similar to staff spinning.
We recommend using lower fiber counts for more tech related flow. Lower fiber counts offer greater flexibility and are perfect for creating shapes such as triangles, lines, & circles.
