Reflective Material

The Reflective Material option includes a reflective material that runs lengthwise within the Modular Saber. This material reflects light towards your camera, increasing the overall brightness of your exposure. The Reflective Material will prevent light from being emmited from half of the Modular Saber.

Product Notice

Multiple connected RGB Critter BTs may not perfectly match color-changing modes, but solid colors will always match. We expect a resolution for this issue in early 2025. Once we release firmware that includes a fix for this issue, you can update your RGB Critter BT using the app.

Flow art, light drawing, and light painting of subjects are different branches of the same glow tree. And the RGB Critter BT is flexible enough to do all three very well. Despite not being designed for light painting subjects, the RGB Critter BT shines brightly above the competition. The cost of the light is very fair for what is easily one of the most comfortable, highest-quality RGB flashlights currently on the market. The functionality of this light is heads and shoulders above its predecessor for both ease of use, nearly infinite color selection, and the ability to save custom colors and lists. While it has its flaws for light painting subjects, it’d be impossible not to recommend it highly. In fact, given its price point, it earns an Editor’s Choice.

RGB Critter BT

The Critter BT, Sol Saber and Bit Whip are fantastic tools, I have had success in my light painting photography since purchasing this kit. AOM provide great customer service. The delivery to Australia was very efficient. I am looking forward to purchasing more of these products to add to my kit.

My First Whip!

This is my first ever whip and so far I am absolutely loving it! The handle is comfortable to hold and the rotation is smooth. I like the Bluetooth and the ability to make your own patterns. The battery life seems a little short but I don't have any past experience to compare to so I'm not sure. I think it's great that they send an extra battery. Seems like a great company! I'm excited to get more attachments and learn more flowing with it!

Great company, great products

I have been whipping for 3 years now. In needing of a new whip, I decided I would invest in a higher quality one for the first time. I went with this brand and I could not be more pleased! I purchased the 200 regular fibers, which is the perfect amount for learning bigger tricks. I also originally purchased the RGB critter 2.0, but I was sent the RGB Critter BT on accident. Customer service was excellent and apologetic and ready to fix my order for me. BUT after further research, I realized the BT was better fit for me so they allowed me to keep this one instead. The app is easier to use than I thought (thus being the reason I originally was going with the 2.0). It has incredible settings and allows me to use more of my creativity to make personal patterns that can go with certain songs that I whip to! It really is an awesome product. Only downside is that the app must be open on your phone in order to the BT critter. Looking forward to the updates that will make this no longer a requirement! But either way, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone!! :)
