I'm currently trying to use the light, but my password and user has disappeared from the login, now when I put in my login it says the email is invalid. It's not.
This shouldn't be so hard to use when you are ready to use it.
When this gets fixed, the rating will go up because the device is made nicely, other than the way you have to charge the battery with a dedicated cord.

Heard from support promptly. They were a help. I still think the battery charging could be improved....perhaps by an exterior port like a lot of flashlights have.

Hi Donald, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Just a heads-up, the login for our website is different from the app, so you’ll need to create a new account in the app to get started.

You can use a different charging cord, but be sure the USB-C connector is the same size as the one that came with your order. The included cable is made to fit the back of the RGB Critter BT properly — if the connector is too large, it could cause damage.
