RETURNS

Free US returns. Your item just needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@antsonamelon.com and we will send a prepaid label with simple instructions. Once your label is issued, please ship the item back within 14 days.

International returns are accepted on the same 30-day basis, but return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must come back unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with all accessories. Try it out and make sure it is what you wanted — what we cannot take back is gear that has been flowed with, dropped, scuffed or modified, because we cannot sell it to the next person.

The one exception on eligibility is a custom order — anything made to your own specification, such as a saber cut to a length we do not stock — because those are built for one person and cannot be resold.

If something breaks in use, that is a warranty claim rather than a return, and there is no 30-day limit on it. Email us and we will repair or replace it.

We will ask what went wrong. Not to talk you out of it, but because we can often fix the problem faster than a return can.

Confused on how this works

Subject being photographed looked like a ghost no matter what I did. I dont think I fully understood how this works. But….I now have two critter flashlights, 2 whips, and the rope. So I certainly LOVE this company. I think maybe a video would be helpful for the acrylic writer, at least for me.

Drawing With Light Got Way Easier

When I purchased my Critter flashlight, I thought I could do it all until I saw the Acrylic Writer Lightpainting tool. The results are what you'd expect, AWESOME! Write your name, draw a logo, paint your world with light using the Acrylic Writer. Your creations are truly endless! I purchased the smaller 1/4 inch one and adding a 5/8 inch shorty to my tool belt for future projects. The coolest part is the compatibility with the Critters making it easier to screw on and off giving your workflow a boost for your creation process.

I had been using bubble tubes for quite some time wrapped in garland. (Excellent tool by the way, not knocking it) With the 12" Acrylic writer, I achieve the same awesome results but now I have 30+ different colors at my disposal. The scratched model on it's own has an awesome effect with little streaks popping up. The size is perfect for smaller swirls and then of course, wrapped in iridescent garland, you get some pretty awesome stuff out there. The true magic here is a single tool with a myriad of colors at your disposal.
