The Flow Cap Counterweight System is a rear-balance upgrade for RGB Critter saber builds, combining the Flow Cap Mount with the stainless steel Contact Saber Weight for maximum control, momentum, and stability.
This precision-machined aircraft-grade aluminum mount twists directly onto the rear threads of the RGB Critter BT or the Saber Hilt Extension, adding length while creating a rugged rear mounting point for spinning and performance flow.

The mount features a raised locking profile designed to interface perfectly with the Flow Cap (sold separately), holding it securely in place without clips, holes, or extra hardware. The Flow Cap pushes on and pulls off, no twisting.
Included in this system is the stainless steel counterweight insert, which adds substantial rear mass to the assembly. Stainless steel provides significantly more weight than aluminum in the same footprint, increasing centrifugal force for smoother spins, stronger momentum, and improved handling during contact-style movement.
The weight has no threads. It slides into the mount's bore, and the mount's two preinstalled M4 x 3 set screws tighten down into a machined groove in the weight to lock it in place, creating an extremely solid connection designed for repeated high-motion use.
When paired with a Flow Cap, this system becomes an essential rear-balance component for contact saber builds, Flow Chucks configurations, and modular performance setups.

Locking it to the Saber Hilt Extension
The connecting screw, the PTFE shim and the 4mm Allen key that drives them are all in the box, and together they let you semi-permanently join the Flow Cap Mount to the Saber Hilt Extension.
The shim seats at the joint between the two parts, and the screw passes through the front of the mount into the hilt extension. Once it is tightened, the mount and the hilt extension will not unthread, rotate or work loose no matter how hard you spin. They stay joined until you take the screw back out with the 4mm Allen key.
Installing it is optional. Leave the screw out if you want to keep breaking the build down by hand, and put it in if you want a fixed, rattle-free rear end for contact and high-speed work.
