These orbs are small, about the size of a ping pong ball. Ordered two of them. The orbs have light leaking from the 3d printed base they are adhered to. There is a very visible seam going down the center of the balls and are still visible when the critter is on. The seam seems to be two halves of the orb being adhered together. The balls are not mounted in the same positions; which means that the seams do not line up the same way. One is vertical and one is horizontal. It really bothers me. It is a cute product, just wish there was more quality control on them.
Hi Matthew, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the light leaking and uneven mounting of the orbs. We take quality control seriously and would be more than happy to send you replacements. We will reach out to you via email to resolve this issue. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our product.
Great accessory to my Critter 2.0
Similar to the Silicone Diffusers you see on flashlights, but in a rigid orb shape, this is a nice compact accessory that is great for both long term storage of the light (when it isn't store in a case), as well as point light outdoors. Easily my favourite accessory
Light Painting Blades are acrylic shapes that light up when installed into the Light Painting Blade Holder and attached to the RGB Critter Flashlight. This product is designed for use in light painting photography.
