Very nice but not perfect yet

I love that flashlight but there's one bad thing : BT disconnect very frequently

Thanks for the feedback, Olivier! We’re glad you’re enjoying the Illuminator. For Bluetooth connection issues, please check the “App Connection Troubleshooting” section of our RGB Critter Troubleshooting Guide:
https://antsonamelon.com/pages/rgb-critter-troubleshooting

It walks through the steps to reset the connection and get your Critter paired properly. If you’re still having trouble after that, please email us at support@antsonamelon.com and we’ll be happy to help!

Like the device, hate the app. Love the support.

I'm currently trying to use the light, but my password and user has disappeared from the login, now when I put in my login it says the email is invalid. It's not.
This shouldn't be so hard to use when you are ready to use it.
When this gets fixed, the rating will go up because the device is made nicely, other than the way you have to charge the battery with a dedicated cord.

Heard from support promptly. They were a help. I still think the battery charging could be improved....perhaps by an exterior port like a lot of flashlights have.

Hi Donald, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Just a heads-up, the login for our website is different from the app, so you’ll need to create a new account in the app to get started.

You can use a different charging cord, but be sure the USB-C connector is the same size as the one that came with your order. The included cable is made to fit the back of the RGB Critter BT properly — if the connector is too large, it could cause damage.

If you run into any more trouble, feel free to reach out to us at support@antsonamelon.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Glad you offer this tool, haven’t had a chance to try yet. On my other light painting tools I use a snoot.. I saw this accessory and looking forward to try it…

Thanks, Kevin! We’re glad you picked up the Illuminator and can’t wait for you to give it a try. Hope it adds something special to your light painting!
