Warranty Coverage:

RETURNS

Free US returns. Your item just needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@antsonamelon.com and we will send a prepaid label with simple instructions. Once your label is issued, please ship the item back within 14 days.

International returns are accepted on the same 30-day basis, but return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must come back unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with all accessories. Try it out and make sure it is what you wanted - what we cannot take back is gear that has been flowed with, dropped, scuffed or modified, because we cannot sell it to the next person.

The one exception on eligibility is a custom order - anything made to your own specification, such as a saber cut to a length we do not stock - because those are built for one person and cannot be resold.

If something breaks in use, that is a warranty claim rather than a return, and there is no 30-day limit on it. Email us and we will repair or replace it.

We will ask what went wrong. Not to talk you out of it, but because we can often fix the problem faster than a return can.

Batteries are not happy campers!

Unfortunately, if you are planning to wear your whip as a costume or use it at a festival in the summer, the batteries do not last if you are camping, they are designed to be stored at between 20 -25 degrees temperature, and it ruins your costume when they continually go out after about 15 to 20 mins use.

Power and recharge time.

The amount of light that comes out of these is fantastic. I've had multiple batteries for years with no issue.
I do wish there was some way I could recharge these from a USB though so I could do mobile recharges if needed.

Wish these were standard AAAs.

I've had my BitWhip for several years now and the batteries just stop charging after a certain point. I've bought replacement batteries in the past and now I have to buy more, which sucks because they are expensive and you dont get a lot of use out of them.. therefore requiring at least one more backup battery. It would be soooo much more convenient to use rechargeable AAAs instead of expecting people to pay extra for a 'special' battery that hardly functions. I love the BitWhip, but I cant say the same for the charging method.

Inconsistent

I've had my whips for about 3 years now and I've purchased batteries twice, and some of the batteries are inconsistent and don't charge. Frustrating because they're literally $5 a piece

Our first-generation flashlight model you mentioned is not compatible with the battery we currently offer on our website. The newer RGB Critter BT uses a different battery type and charging system.
