New Light Saber System Launching Next Week
We are refreshing our lineup, so this item is sold out for now. Check back next week to see the all new system.
The Dots Combo Light Painting Tube features a dual-sided laser-cut design that creates two distinct light painting effects in a single tool.
Highlights
- Large dots for bold, high-impact trails
- Graduated dots for evolving textures as the tube moves
- Pushes into the RGB Critter Tube Adapter and locks with two set screws
- Ships with a silicone cap on both ends to keep dust and dirt out
How it connects
- Twist the RGB Critter Tube Adapter onto the front of your RGB Critter.
- Push this tube into the adapter's socket.
- Tighten the adapter's two set screws with the hex key that comes with it. The six openings along the top of the adapter are light ports, not screws.
Parts you may need
- RGB Critter Tube Adapter (required). This tube has no threads on either end, so this is what holds it on your Critter. It twists onto the Critter's front, the tube pushes into its socket, and two set screws lock it down. Skip it only if you already own one.
- Modular Saber Tube Connector. Joins two tubes end to end for a longer tool. Two set screws per side, four total, all preinstalled.
- Modular Saber Tube Adapter. Clamps onto a tube end and adds an AOAM female thread, so twist-on accessories and the Modular End Cap can go on a plain tube.
Compatible with all RGB Critter Flashlights (sold separately).
Details
Made from impact-resistant polycarbonate, the saber’s dual-layered construction ensures smooth light distribution with sharp, defined highlights. Both ends are threaded—one connects to the RGB Critter Flashlight, and the other to any Ants on a Melon accessory. Use the Inverse Critter Connector to attach a Critter to both ends and double the brightness for even more vibrant photography.
Each saber includes a pre-installed threaded Plastic Cap.
