Saber Kit
WRITE REVIEW
A complete saber in one box. Four patterns, six lengths, nothing else to buy.
Length: 6 and 12 inch are short and quick. 18 and 24 inch are the everyday spinning sizes. 30 and 36 inch are the full-size performance blades, and 30 inch is the classic duelling length.
Pattern: same tube, same fit, same lengths, so choose on looks alone. Sol is an even unbroken glow, Honeycomb a clean hexagon grid, Butterfly bold organic shapes, Stellar a subtle scatter of stars.
What's included + features Show less
A blade of smooth, even light on an impact-resistant polycarbonate tube, with the flashlight, the mount, the hilt and the caps already in the kit. Built for contact. The tube comes off in seconds, so the same kit is also a whip, a staff, or a light painting rig.
Pick your length
Every length is the same build. Longer blades throw a bigger arc and cost a little more, shorter blades are faster in the hand and travel better.
- 6 and 12 inch are short and quick. Doubles, contact work, light painting, and the ones that fit in a bag.
- 18 and 24 inch are the everyday spinning sizes. Enough blade to read on camera without slowing you down.
- 30 and 36 inch are the full-size performance blades. The 30 inch is the classic duelling length.
Pick your pattern
- Sol is an even, unbroken glow down the full length. The classic, and the one for duels.
- Honeycomb is laser cut with hexagons, so the blade reads as a clean repeating grid.
- Butterfly takes its cutouts from butterfly wings, spreading light into bold organic shapes.
- Stellar is a scatter of stars, the most subtle of the four.
What's included
- Saber tube in the pattern and length you choose
- RGB Critter BT flashlight
- RGB Critter Tube Adapter - Long, the part that holds the tube on the Critter, with its two set screws and hex key already fitted
- Saber Hilt Extension, for a longer two-hand grip
- Saber Twist-On Cap for the far end of the blade
- 2500mAh rechargeable battery and USB-C charging cable
- Soft silicone end cap
Bought separately those parts come to $226.80 at the shortest length and $266.80 at the longest, so the kit saves you between $22 and $27 whichever one you pick.
How it goes together
The tube adapter twists onto the front of the Critter, the tube pushes into its socket, and two set screws lock it down with the hex key in the box. The twist-on cap threads onto the far end of the tube, which is threaded from the factory on every saber tube. Light painting tubes are the exception: they have no threads on either end, and no adapter makes a twist-on cap fit one. The hilt extension threads onto the back of the Critter when you want a longer grip, and every hilt opens another seat, so you can keep adding them.

Crazy bright sabers!
08/05/2025
Absolutely love these sabers and how bright they are! I own 3 different kinds (honeycomb, Sol, and Butterfly) and mix and match them to make double sided sabers. My friends and I bash them around and have never had any issues. Super durable and worth every penny!!
